International Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is via DHL. Shipping fees will be included on order.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy for either replacement or refund. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. Goods must be returned undamaged including the original packaging free of any marks or tears. Proof of purchase is required.
Return postage is at the purchasers expense.
Please include your order number and note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@awanderlusthome.com. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Once the returned item is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the incorrect item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your refund will post to your bank or credit card within 10-15 business days, depending on your financial institution.
